Purpose

Dip copper or aluminium metallic powders to sweep and uncover latent fingerprint. The fan-shaped squirrel hair brush is designed for sweeping and developing a large area of latent fingerprints.

Features

The squirrel hair is soft and flexible, which is non-damaging to fingerprint ridges and easy to remove excess powders from the valley.

Method

Dip copper or aluminium metallic powders with the squirrel hair brush, put the brush hair in the powder container cap, rotate the brush so that powders are evenly permeated to the brush. Put the squirrel hair brush upside down, gently flick the handle to shake off the excess powders. Sweep the fingerprint along the ridge line until the fingerprint appears.
