Purpose

A. Gray silicone rubber is used to reproduce toolmarks.

B. Black silicone rubber is used to lift fingerprints developed with light-colored powders on rough surface.

C. White silicone rubber is used to lift fingerprints developed with dark powders on rough surface.

Specifications

Structural principle

The silicone rubber dual cartridge seals silicone rubber and hardener in two separate plastic tubes bonded side by side. The front outlet of the tube is small, and the rear end is sealed with a piston cap. Affix mixing nozzle at the front end of the cartridge, and push the piston caps of the two tubes at the same time. The silicone rubber and hardener will enter the mixing tube in equal amounts. Mixing is done automatically in the mixing nozzle with a spiral structure inside. Then place the nozzle tip close to the surface where the impression is to be made and begin extruding the silicone mixture.

Method of use

Affix mixing nozzle at the front end of the cartridge, then install the cartridge on the extruder gun. Pull the trigger of the extruder gun to force both substances into the mixing nozzle and out the end of the mixing nozzle tip, then apply the mixture on the marks or prints. After 5-10 minutes, the silicone rubber will completely harden.
